The Hyper-K experiment
The external page Hyper-K experiment will take T2K over in 2027, with a water Cherenkov far detector that will have a fiducial mass 8 times bigger than its predecessor Super-K. It will be able to collect a large sample of neutrino interactions and achieve a unique sensitivity to both the discovery of leptonic CP violation and the detection of proton decay.
